The responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the statistical programming team to ensure successful delivery of clinical study analysis deliverables
- Develop and implement complex statistical analysis plans for clinical studies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, clinical development, and data management, to ensure timely delivery of statistical outputs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Participate in the development of protocols, case report forms, and data management plans
- Provide statistical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines
About you:
- BS in Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
- 8 years of experience in statistical programming in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
