The responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the statistical programming team to ensure successful delivery of clinical study analysis deliverables
  • Develop and implement complex statistical analysis plans for clinical studies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, clinical development, and data management, to ensure timely delivery of statistical outputs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Participate in the development of protocols, case report forms, and data management plans
  • Provide statistical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines

About you:

  • BS in Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in statistical programming in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
