About the role:
- Lead and manage the biostatistics team to ensure high-quality statistical design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute statistical analysis plans.
- Provide statistical consultation and support to clinical trial teams, including study design, sample size calculations, and statistical analysis methods.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for statistical programming and analysis.
- Ensure that all statistical deliverables are of high quality, meet regulatory requirements, and are delivered on time.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and key opinion leaders in the field.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in statistical methodology, clinical trial design, and regulatory guidance.
About you:
- 8+ years of experience as a Biostatistician in the pharmaceutical industry.
- An MS in Biostatistics, Statistics or Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience with managing teams.
