As a Manager/Senior Manager of Statistical Programming in the Oncology therapeutic area, you will lead the statistical planning and execution of multiple clinical trials, providing strategic and operational oversight to ensure high-quality data and timely delivery of results. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, data management, and biostatistics, to ensure the successful design, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the statistical planning and execution of clinical trials in the Oncology therapeutic area
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for the statistical aspects of the trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials
- Act as the primary statistical liaison for external partners, including academic institutions and regulatory agencies
- Oversee the statistical analysis and interpretation of trial data
- Ensure data quality and timely delivery of results
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in statistical programming.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with SAS, R, or other statistical software
