Responsibilities
- Management of interfaces; Coordination of internal and external contacts as well as external customers
- Project responsibility or participation in projects for external customers for implementation in the course of our contract manufacturing
- Coordination of product-specific requirements
- Independent analysis, planning, implementation and control of projects
- Independent development and coordination of action plans
- Support in setting up sales structures within the plant
- Participation in contracts (supply and/or quality assurance agreements) with the customer
- Maintaining GMP-compliant production at the plant
Experience Required
- University degree, preferably in the natural sciences
- Further training(s) on the subject of project management
- many years of professional experience in teams (e.g. laboratory units) or in projects
- many years of experience in the CMO business
- Excellent knowledge of working with systems such as SAP, LIMS, JIRA
- Project management with (pharmaceutical, chemical or medical technology) industrial customers
- convincing and clear communication in German and English
- Knowledge of the regulatory and scientific environment for a better understanding of the product
- Conscientiousness, strong analytical and organizational skills
