Tasks
Accounting of incoming goods and data maintenance, invoice release
Placing and following up orders with CMO with an absolute focus on market supply
Independent processing of bottlenecks or stock outs
Interface function with the Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Logistic Departments.
Independent implementation of supply chain projects / project work in cross-functional teams
Participation in the creation of standards and increasing the degree of automation for continuous improvement
Participation in price negotiations
Supplier evaluation (OTIF analysis) in cooperation with the Controlling Department
Role profile
Completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in the field of purchasing
Extensive knowledge in all SCM areas
Experience in purchasing in a regulated environment; preferably in pharma
Structured, independent, accurate way of working
Good IT knowledge (Microsoft products and ERP systems)
Good communication skills and engaging manner, team player and able to work under pressure
Business fluent in English; further knowledge of (Eastern European) languages an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally (internationally)
